William (Billy) Bullock holds a Doctorate in Health Science with a
course of study in Health & Safety Management from
Nova
Southeastern University,
a Masters of Science in Public Health with an emphasis in Environmental
Health Science from Tulane
University
and a
Bachelor of Science in Physical Geography from the
University
of South Alabama.
Dr.
Bullock is currently the Industrial Hygiene Manager for CSX
Transportation. His
previous positions include Director of Health & Safety at Georgia
Pacific’s Palatka Operations; Global Manager of Health & Safety for
Arizona Chemical, a company of International Paper; and Sr. Process
Industrial Hygienist for International Paper’s Corporate Industrial
Hygiene group.
In
addition, Dr. Bullock has been an Adjunct Instructor in the Division of
Environmental and Occupational Health, Emory
University’s Rollins School of
Public Health since 1993.
Dr.
Bullock has experience teaching the following courses:
Current Issues in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental and Occupational Hazards I, Environmental and
Occupational Hazards II, AIHA’s PDC - Exposure Assessment Strategies and Statistics, as
well as several of the courses required by 29 CFR 1910.120 (e.g.,
OSHA 40 Hour Hazardous Waste Site Safety.)
He
is both a Certified Industrial Hygienist and a Certified Safety
Professional.

JAN M. BULLOCK, CPO, AFO
- (Director of Aquatic Safety & Training)
Jan Bullock attended Troy State University and the University of South Alabama. She is currently the Facility Maintenance Director at Eagle Harbor, a large multi-use community in Fleming Island, Florida.
Ms. Bullock is an aquatics professional
with over eight years of professional training, pool maintenance,
and safety experience. She has a broad recreation background with experience
in pool maintenance and chemistry, first-aid and lifeguard
training, activities coordination, and managing recreational swim
teams.
Jan is both a Certified Pool Operator and Aquatics
Facility Operator.
MICHELLE L. DUNHAM, MSPH, MSM

Michelle Dunham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Alabama. She received her Master of Science in Public
Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Master of
Science in Management (MBA) from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Ms. Dunham serves as CEO/President and Principle Consultant for Risk & Health
Management Consulting International (RHMCI).
Her experience includes industrial hygiene assessments in several
hundred facilities. Examples of these
businesses include woodworking shops, boat building, chemical manufacturers, healthcare
facilities, construction projects and a variety of other manufacturing
establishments. She has worked as a
Senior Research Scientist/ Industrial Hygienist since 1999.
Ms.
Dunham serves as a trainer and is a certified course instructor. She is an authorized trainer for the OSHA 10
and 30 hour courses in both General Industry and Construction. She has also delivered courses in industrial
hygiene, bloodborne pathogens, respirator protection, disaster site
preparedness, pandemic flu, and other safety and health topics.
Michelle
has been an invited guest speaker at national, regional and state conferences;
association meetings; and outreach training events. She is currently a member of AIHA’s Exposure
Assessment Committee, Communications & Training Methods Committee, and the
Student and Early Career Professionals Committee. She is past President of the Georgia Local
Section AIHA and has served on several advisory committees. She has authored technical reports, technical
guides, electronically delivered content, and journal articles including: “A Practical Approach to Exposure Assessment
Programs in the Private Sector: A Partial Validation Study of a Qualitative
Chemical Exposure Assessment Model” in Applied
Occupational and Environmental Hygiene.
DONNA G.SMITH, RN, COHN-CM, SM

Donna Smith has been a
Registered Nurse since 1984 with an Associate of Science degree in
Nursing from Gulf
Coast
Community College.
She holds a Bachelor in Healthcare Administration from
Kennedy
Western
University.
Mrs. Smith is currently the Divisional
Occupational Health Coordinator for Arizona Chemical. Her previous
positions include Occupational Health Nurse for a community hospital as
well as numerous nursing positions within the hospital setting.
Donna has experience teaching the following
subjects: First Aid, AED and CPR training as a certified American Red
Cross Instructor. She has taught numerous OSHA training subjects such as
Heat Stress, Blood borne Pathogens. She is also a Certified Occupational
Hearing Conservationist. Experience with Ergonomics training as an
Ergonomics Team leader for many years.
She is a Certified Occupational Health
Nurse with emphasis in Case Management as well as a Certified Safety
manager.
